🧪 TO MIX (Single Batch):
• 1 cup Greenfang mix
• ¼ ~1 cup red wine vinegar (to taste)
• 1 cup olive oil (extra virgin if used for dips / condiment)
1 part Mix to 1 part Vinegar rest : 2 parts oil.
Let rehydrate for 30 minutes. For best flavor, chill for 1–2 hours before use.
