**Greenfang** is Sowbelly’s dry-blended take on the legendary Argentine chimichurri. Packed with parsley, garlic, chili flake, citrus zest, and bold oregano — it's designed to be mixed fresh and hit hot meat with bright, herbal heat.

Use it table-side, in marinades, or as a spread for steak and grilled vegetables.

🧪 TO MIX (Single Batch):
• 1 cup Greenfang mix  
• ¼ ~1 cup red wine vinegar (to taste)  
• 1 cup  olive oil  (extra virgin if used for dips / condiment)

1 part Mix to 1 part Vinegar rest : 2 parts oil.

    Let rehydrate for 30 minutes. For best flavor, chill for 1–2 hours before use.

    🔥 FOR MARINADE:
    Add 2parts citrus juice to the recipe above. Adjust to taste. Less liquid creates a paste for bistec, flank, or skirt steak.
